Our body is our starting point, from opening our eyes when waking, to letting our feet make the first touch on the floor, to standing up and taking us from one point to another. As our bodies wake, we give it direction as to what it would do, when to do it and how. This is comparable to how we live our lives. As human beings, we have the privilege of walking this Earth of our own free will. We do not always get what we want and all the good things in life are not just handed to us. However, it is up to us how we want to live and who we want to be.
